*Do you have all the parts you sell online available for pick up in your store today?
-Although we stock a huge range of parts and accessories in many different sizes and colors it is impossible to keep all these items in stock. We can usually get most items that are not in stock fairly quickly.
* Parts Department Return Policy:
* No returns after 10 days
* No returns without original invoice
* No returns without original packaging
* No returns on special orders
* No returns on electrical parts
* No returns on Helmets
* 20% restocking charge on all returns
* Parts Department Internet Purchase Policy:
* The Parts Department Return Policy applies to all purchases in our parts department whether they are placed in person, on the phone, or through the internet
* Orders are manually processed by our parts department during regular business hours
* If you do not provide a specific year, make, and model and our parts advisors can not verify the parts you are ordering go to that model, your order will not be placed until we can get in touch with you
* After placing an order, it may not be possible to change or stop the order
* If you need to change or stop an order you have placed, you must contact a parts advisor immediately during store hours. Please, DO NOT leave a message on our answering machine! We will make every effort to adjust your order, however, should it have already been processed the normal return policy will apply

*What does the price of a motorcycle listed on your website include?
-Prices for our units include the price of the unit with any manufacturers rebate already subtracted.
*What other amounts might be included in my final price?
-We do collect a doc fee as well as the appropriate tax and title fee for your place of residence.
*Will you match a competitors price?
-We will do everything we can to match or beat a competitors price, please give us that opportunity.
*What should I bring with me when I come to buy?
-Every situation is different but most finance and cash transactions can be completed with just two basic forms of ID. They are:
1. A non-expired drivers license with the correct name and address on it.
2. A current utility bill with the same name and address as the drivers license.

*Do I get a title with my bike?
-Every unit (except generators) is issued a Manufacturers Certificate of Origin. Depending on where you live, what type of unit you purchased, and if you financed or not, you may or may not receive this piece of paper in the mail. Please email ( accounting@lhyonline.com ) or call our back office with any questions you may have about your paperwork after your purchase.
